Bathroom & Kitchen Renovation in Newport

A collaboration to build an elegant bathroom & kitchen renovation 

For this new home in the inner west Melbourne suburb of Newport, the client had a vision and it was up to D3 Built and Renoworx to deliver within a brief of crisp and clean elegance. 

Simplicity, an often an under-estimated vision; it is only with a precision building mindset that the quality of materials and fittings become the highlight of the finished product.

The client worked on the interior design and chose all materials and fittings.

It was our privilege to put it all together with our team's expert craftsmanship and specifications. 

Recessed shelves and a vertical towel ladder rack allows for clever use of the space. Terrazzo tiles and white finishes allow for a minimalist yet grand appearance.  

While the modern take on brass fittings add depth, warmth and style to the design; complemented by wood veneer cabinetry. 

Despite additional solutions required due to a lean-to building and questionable structural integrity of a previously existing chimney, this kitchen, bathroom and en suite renovation was a wonderful collaboration between D3 Built, Renoworx and our clients.
